The LEAP......

With a view to reach the sparkling crimson sphere and a hope to leap through the thin air it left the edge of the cliff. The plunge was an enthusiastic one, with all the courage behind, it cut through the particles of air to find free space for itself in that wide expanse of atmosphere in which it had suddenly entered.
That was so different from the restricted movement which it had faced up till now. The transformation was completely abrupt. For a fraction of a second there was nothing but darkness, but the other fraction of second brought the plunge in more realistic terms. Suddenly someone who was the part of a crowd on the ground was now an individual so lonely and utilizing all of its energy and momentum that it had gathered from that long.
The enthusiasm had reached its peak & the destination got clearer. The crimson sphere was brighter than ever. The spirit of freedom had set in when it freed itself from the others, the others who seemed to have lost in the way, the others who did not have enough in them & gave in to the pressure. It was these others who were with him but now they traversed vertically and the protagonist of our story marched on. Those glorious moments had found a new self out of its original being; a newer being that was more refined, more mature, more ambitious and yet more vulnerable. Yes, suddenly it realized that some kind of insecurity had set in. It somewhere had something to lose.

Being Rishi.....

4:12 AM
A small town somewhere down south…….
Everything so quiet, so still as if it was all over for the world. Even the air was stuck to its place. No movement whatsoever. Perfect calm for an upcoming storm.
A door is struck open with all the force in the world and in the process caused the deafening silence to shatter into pieces.
A man rushes out from inside and propels through the narrow streets. He has a bag, a black bag, no it seemed black, it’s a dark bluish bag, one you can take for black under dull lights.
A mad rush, running for his life or running from being caught….?..... Involved in a theft or running from thieves? I believe a bit of each of them yet different from all of them….. a perfect athlete, but with no competitors at hand. Storming his way through the streets, making his path so clear in the utter silence that even a blind man can make out where he was.
The streets were narrow and the edges were steep. He doesn’t wait for the sharp turns, too agile to be decelerated. The feet seemed so light and fast paced as if a motor working up a machine.

The man was my mind…………in an arbitrary time and at a random location, my mind like a cursor on a computer screen scrolls in all possible directions at various paces, taking sharp turns, braking and moving in the most unexpected way. Speeding when heading a wall, running a few paces side ways on the wall, falling in the process…getting up and again the same pace…….it has the greatest tendency to surprise itself…….but one thing is for sure, it goes on and on and on……….
